Born in Rome, Luca knew he wanted to be a chef since helping his grandmother in her kitchen as a young boy. In 2009, having completed his culinary studies, he swiftly packed his bags for London at 19 years of age. While he may not have known it at the time, he was destined to become a Michelin Star chef.
